Tom Continues the Preparation

Some more work done today. Fence at end completed, three more beds turned and manure added to 3 other beds. Tom doing what he does well at work… (Moving the manure around!)
Another Saturday at Beach Hill
Despite yesterday rain we decided to go out to work today. The ground was very wet but we managed to get a piece of fence up and 4 beds dug. (Moving along nicely…Great view as well!)
Celebrating next steps!
Time to get in gear – began with moving some wood to the allotment to shore up the beds. Relocated some blackcurrant bushes. Seeds ordered for the spring sowing and planting. Ian looks happy, don’t you think!
New Allotment Finally Started
After a mess up involving the guy (Frank) allocating us an allotment that his wife had already given to somebody else we finally got started in the new allotment. The new plot is further up the hill so has a better view! Went out today to get started to be a bit...
